Delivery options

If necessary, you can change the Place of receipt of the car in your personal account on the Profile page to one of the suggested options:

• Delivery by bidcar. Simply contact our logistics department by sending a message to the online auction support. Check the destination and the cost of delivery with the consultant.
• Delivery by your transport company. To do this, specify the driver's name and surname in PickUp, the number of the car and trailer. Verify PickUp and send it to logistic@bidcar.eu not later than 24 hours before issue. The car shall be issued only when the driver provides a certified PickUp and CMR document.
• Under its own power from the bidcar logistic center. In the process of obtaining a car, you can order additional services: obtaining transit registration plates, registration of certificate of insurance and export declaration, technical inspection.

Important! If the car is picked up by your authorized representative, indicate his/her name and last name in the PickUp, confirm PickUp and send it to logistic@bidcar.eu 24 hours prior to pick-up. The car is issued only by providing a certified PickUp document and a CoD delivery certificate.
